What are you working on today?
I am working on NEXT Insights™, a comprehensive, cloud-based data analytics platform that helps airlines make intelligent, informed decisions. Using the accuracy of artificial intelligence and machine learning, we deliver an in-depth view of passenger preferences, social and industry trends, and operational performance. This data-driven approach improves passenger experience, customer loyalty and return on investment. I am honored to be working with a world-class team that understands the pivotal role data will be playing in our industry’s future.
What excites you most about the future of inflight entertainment?
I am very excited about the future as it unfolds into a new era of innovation for aviation. I believe the next few years will be the most eventful in our industry. From commercial space programs to urban air mobility services, the world of aviation will rapidly expand. Delivering customized, on-demand inflight entertainment, uninterrupted high-quality connectivity, and most importantly providing a safe and secure on-board experience - all of this is powered by the intelligence and accuracy of data. That's what excites me the most about our future. I personally love to fly, and it is fascinating to be on planes outfitted with cutting-edge technology and connectivity.

Manager, Connectivity Strategic Sales at Panasonic Avionics (Singapore, Singapore)
What are you working on today?
I am currently working on ways to enhance and improve the passenger experience for our long-term inflight connectivity airline customers. As the technology continues to evolve and connectivity is widely available across a number of airlines, aligning the inflight service offering to the airline brand and passenger demographic serves as a service differentiator.
What excites you most about the future of inflight entertainment?
Having been in the inflight connectivity world for over 13 years, the continued evolution and possibilities excite me. We haven’t fully capitalized on the full potential of the connected aircraft, and I look forward to improving the passenger experience and engagement through personalization and improving airline operational efficiency.
